Legal Consultant - Financial Services - Fixed Income and Credit Transactions

We are looking for experienced Legal professionals with Fixed Income and Credit Transactions experience to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore.

Requirements

• 8–10 PQE, with a minimum of 8 years post qualification experience and ideally around VP level
• Significant experience in fixed income, credit, and markets advisory work
• Strong transactional background (macro or credit) with the ability to manage end to end matters independently
• Private practice and In house experience within financial institutions is highly preferred
• Ability to provide clear, commercially focused legal advice under tight timelines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
