Oil & Gas Energy Lawyer (On-site in Houston, Texas)

We are seeking Energy Lawyers focused in Oil & Gas to work on-site in Houston, Texas with our global clients in the energy industry. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in oil and gas law and expertise in providing legal advice and support on a wide range of energy-related matters.

Requirements

• Active bar license in at least one US State
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on oil and gas law
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws and regulations governing the oil and gas industry
• Experience with EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) agreements
• Experience advising clients on upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas transactions and projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
