Job Description
Axiom is seeking experienced Contract Negotiation attorneys specializing in the healthcare industry to advise hospitals and large healthcare systems. Responsibilities include leading negotiation, providing compliance advice, drafting agreements, and navigating payer-side transactions. The role focuses on vendor and payer-side agreements, with a market access strategy.
Requirements
- Lead and manage negotiation of contractual agreements.
- Provide strategic compliance advice related to Medicaid and Medicare.
- Review and draft consulting, supply and distribution agreements, advisory, and market access contracts.
- Act as a legal advisor to marketing, regulatory, and medical teams.
