Job Description
Axiom is seeking experienced Contract Counsel specializing in the healthcare industry to oversee complex contracting processes, focusing on vendor and payer-side agreements. The role involves leading negotiation and execution of external contracts, providing strategic compliance advice, and managing legal issues related to healthcare advertising and promotion. A hands-on, on-site legal advisor role.
Requirements
- Lead and manage negotiation and execution of external client contracts.
- Provide strategic compliance advice on Medicaid and Medicare.
- Review, draft, and consult on agreements.
- Provide legal advice to marketing, regulatory, and medical teams.
