Market Access Lawyer - Healthcare/Life Sciences

Axiom is seeking Market Access Lawyers to support healthcare and life sciences companies. Responsibilities include drafting agreements, advising on advertising, and managing regulatory compliance, including Medicaid/Medicare issues. The company emphasizes a remote-first approach with on-site client visits depending on the nature of the work.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm and in-house with a life sciences company.
• Prior experience counseling companies on legal issues relating to advertising and promotion, scientific exchange, patient support, and interactions with health care professionals.
• Knowledge of and experience advising on statutes, regulations, and guidance documents applicable to commercial operations and medical activities, including the FDCA and its regulations and FDA guidance documents.
