Axiom is seeking a Clinical Trial Agreements Lawyer to work within the Life Sciences industry. The role involves negotiating with healthcare providers and providing legal advice on business matters, working on clinical trial agreements and guiding business clients. Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or CRO.
- Experience drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH Guidelines and GCPs.
- Active membership in the state bar.
