We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts and drive growth across Atlantic Canada. In this role, you will champion Axis products, solutions, and services, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help customers realize the full value of their investments.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Understand customer business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events to showcase Axis solutions.
- Promote the benefits of Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
- Work closely with Technology Partners to deliver customized solutions.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, participate in educational events, and share insights internally.
- Prepare sales reports detailing new and ongoing projects.
- Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.
