Senior Embedded Firmware Developer – Access Control Solutions, Lund

We're seeking a highly skilled Firmware Developer to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Mechanical and Electrical teams, supporting hardware bring-ups, validating designs, and delivering robust embedded firmware for our products. Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Solid experience in embedded C
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, SoCs, or RTOS environments
• Good understanding of schematics, datasheets, and basic hardware debugging tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with hardware teams
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Swedish
