Job Description
The Team Lead, Solutions Management will lead a team of Solutions Engineers focused on hardware and integrated solutions within the Axis portfolio. This person in this job will play a critical role in driving the strategic development and successful market adoption of our hardware product portfolio.
Requirements
- Lead team of Solutions Engineers and guide strategy for hardware & solutions portfolio, competitive positioning, and market research
- Conduct leadership responsibilities including strategic objective setting, mentoring and performance management
- Analyze hardware portfolio sales performance, feature releases, and competitive landscape to inform regional strategy
- Act as strategic liaison between regional teams and PdM/R&D teams, ensuring two-way feedback loop
- Coordinate with Product Management and R&D around development, launch, and lifecycle initiatives
- Serve as media spokesperson and subject matter expert for hardware & solutions announcements and events
