Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing existing accounts, as well as cold-calling, appointment setting, and grassroots efforts to generate new business
- Expert communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Technology proficiency, including CRM tools, tablets, and company-provided hardware
- Technical knowledge, including familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment (not required but a plus)
- On-going education, including a strong desire to understand company equipment, its functionality, and its limitations
