Leasing Consultant - Lease Up

Axis Residential is a forward-thinking property management organization that cares for the well-being and success of its people while creating an environment of meaningful community for its residents. We are hiring a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy of our new 55 and older active adult community through relationship selling and building strong rapport with prospective and current residents.

Requirements

• Practice professional and relational leasing techniques
• Conduct individualized experiences for each tour based on the prospective resident's needs and interests
• Perform daily, meaningful prospect follow-up in accordance with Affinity expectations and standards
• Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents' way of life
• Support the community by hosting and participating in onsite community events
• Build meaningful strategic partnerships with businesses and senior housing communities
