The Director of Global IT Ops will lead global IT Support and Systems Administration teams, driving an automation-first culture and balancing high-level strategy with hands-on technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading global IT support and system administration teams in a high-growth technology company
- 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 8 years in hands-on systems administration or IT operations
- Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams (specifically US and EMEA) and a remote-first fleet
- Full professional English fluency for global stakeholder management and executive communication
- Expert-level knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Zendesk
- Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows environments, specifically using Jamf and Intune
