AXS Germany is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the management team in a dynamic and international environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, discretion, and language skills in German and English.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
- High resilience, flexibility, and efficiency
- Discretion and integrity in dealing with sensitive information
- Safe handling of Microsoft Office and quick familiarization with new tools and systems
- Strong service orientation, empathy, and diplomatic skills
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
