Director, Field Reimbursement (Northeast Region)

Axsome Therapeutics is searching for a Field Reimbursement Director to lead a team of Field Reimbursement Managers and remove access barriers, provide pull-through, and issue resolution. The role requires travel and will involve developing team members, expanding internal and external relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Hire and lead FRM Region
• Attract, develop, empower, and retain people
• Develop and implement regional, territory, and account business plans
• Effectively plan, lead, and conduct plan of action and meetings
• Establish positive working relationships and frequent communication with cross-functional members
• Maintain required technical expertise
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all relevant compliance laws, policies, and processes
• Complete administrative duties in an accurate and timely fashion
• Overnight travel as indicated by the needs of the business
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
