Director, Field Reimbursement (Southeast Region)

Axsome Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company seeking a Field Reimbursement Director to lead a team of Field Reimbursement Managers and develop business plans to remove access barriers for patients. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel up to 50-75%.

Requirements

• Hire and lead FRM Region
• Develop and implement regional, territory, and account business plans
• Effectively plan, lead, and conduct plan of action and meetings with Market Access National Account Directors, Market Access Account Directors, and Patient Services
• Maintain required technical expertise to respond accurately to questions regarding payer access, policies, and business-related issues from customers and sales
• Advise in the development of tools and resources needed to support FRM team
