Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field
- 3–5+ years experience in Business Analysis, HRIS, or Finance systems
- Experience working with Workday (functional or techno-functional)
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into system specifications
- Experience with process modeling tools or methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Prior experience supporting Workday HR and/or Financials modules
- Familiarity with Workday release management cycles
- Experience working in HRIS or enterprise systems teams
- Understanding of end-to-end HR and Finance business processes
