The Director, Client Optimization - Locums will be responsible for deepening relationships with existing hospital and healthcare system clients and driving growth within those accounts. They will focus on identifying opportunities to expand Aya Healthcare’s services and solutions, helping clients optimize their locums labor strategies.
Requirements
- Oversee a region of current clients in order to upsell additional service offerings
- Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBR's) to the client in order
- Work with Aya's fulfillment team to ensure our clients positions are being fill promptly
- Responsible for growing market share with current clients
- Speak with the client and escalate any potential client issues such as but not limited too, invoicing, payroll, time to fill, lack of response ect
- Serve as the expert for qualifying new sales opportunities through systematic discovery of business opportunities
- Structure detailed strategic plans for building relationships with key stakeholders and 'C' level executives within client healthcare organizations
- Responsible for ensuring client understands the benefits of using our technology and places orders through our system
- Create and track metrics for the sales team accountability and performance
- Continually expand knowledge of staffing market trends and competitive offerings
