Requirements
- Own Workday across Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation & Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking & Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
- Lead Business Process Framework design and Workday security (roles, domains, segregation of duties).
- Manage Workday bi-annual releases including impact review, regression testing, UAT, and deployment.
- Oversee integrations and vendor interfaces; partner with technical and functional teams for stability.
- Lead and develop the in-house HRIS team; manage intake, prioritization, and delivery cadence in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
