Patient Advocate Part-Time

The Patient Advocate is responsible for providing an extraordinary experience to our customers, fostering a compassionate and respectful environment, and assisting the Management Team with store activities and operations. Patient Advocates are expected to be knowledgeable about our Premium Cannabis products and provide personalized guidance to customers.

Requirements

• Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each customer.
• Ensures customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely.
• Accurately receives, coordinates, and fulfills customer orders using the Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems.
