Patient Advocate Part-Time

The Patient Advocate is responsible for providing an extraordinary experience to customers, fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment, and assisting with store operations. The role requires knowledge of cannabis products, excellent customer service skills, and ability to adapt to varied sales volume and schedules.

Requirements

• Provides knowledge, expertise, and a personalized experience to each customer
• Ensures customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely
• Accurately receives, coordinates, and fulfills customer orders
• Meets/exceeds day-to-day sales metrics
• Assists in ensuring all procedures are followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards
