The Patient Advocate is responsible for providing an extraordinary experience for customers at Ayr Wellness dispensaries. They foster a compassionate, genuine, and respectful environment, and assist with store operations and policies.

Requirements

• Provides knowledge and expertise to customers
• Ensures customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly
• Accurately receives, coordinates, and fulfills customer orders
• Meets/exceeds day to day sales metrics
