Patient Advocate Part-Time (Medical Cannabis)

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Part-Time Patient Advocate to provide exceptional customer experience in a dispensary setting. The Patient Advocate will be responsible for providing knowledge, expertise, and a personalized experience to customers, ensuring their questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely, and adapting to varied sales volume and staying active by initiating continued learning activities. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail environment, and be able to meet age requirement and pass background checks as required by the state cannabis agency.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years' experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment
