Post Harvest Tech

The Post Harvest Technician performs manual labor to assist in the processing of cannabis, including hanging, bucking, drying, destemming, and trimming. The role maintains a sanitary and organized inventory of product by compartmentalizing strains, batches, and corresponding numeric values. The position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Carrying out all procedures and performing all duties in an efficient manner that also complies with, industry regulations, OSHA regulations, Ayr Wellness’s SOP’s and all applicable procedures.
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.
• Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed Ayr Wellness’s specifications and patients’ expectations.
