Job Description
Program Finance Specialist is a key financial support to program leads at Ayuda, providing data, analysis and guidance to aid in decision-making and strategy. The position is responsible for budget preparation and adjustments, labor allocations, grant financial compliance, training and support, and organization-wide tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Experience with government grants and contracts in the nonprofit sector
- Experience in working with budgeting and financial applications or software
