Job Description
A leading multinational company in the industrial automation sector is looking for a motivated application engineer to join its regional office in Amman. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in automation and strong communication skills, with the ability to support customers and sales teams across the MENA region.
Requirements
- Provide technical support to distributors and end customers across the MENA region
- Advise customers on suitable automation solutions based on their needs
- Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product selection and technical offers
- Communicate directly with customers, both remotely and on-site, to understand requirements and follow up on projects
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support application optimization
- Assist with on-site installation and commissioning of automation solutions
- Deliver product presentations and customer training
- Contribute to the implementation of product strategies and tailored customer solutions
