Job Description
The Night Shift Production Supervisor oversees and assists Shift Leaders and Operators to ensure organizational commitments are met. Responsible for enforcing company policy and procedures, resolving member conflict, and fostering an environment where members are engaged. Works a 12-hour rotating shift on nights from 6:15pm to 6:45am.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Technical degree from 2-year college/university (preferred)
- 3 plus years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum 1 year leadership Experience required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Flexibility with work schedule to accommodate needs of the organization
