Job Description
EAM-Mosca Corp. is seeking a driven Production Shift Supervisor (Nightshift) to oversee all aspects of shift operation, act as a liaison between hourly staff and Production Management, and promote safe behavior and wellness for the shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Safety champion to promote safe behavior and wellness for the shift
- Active participant on the Safety Committee
- Staffing - Coordinating coverage and line assignments
- Payroll - Approve employee time & attendance in ADP
- Personnel evaluation & development - Participates in employee performance review process
- Quality & Product Output - Oversees quality testing on samples
- Facility - On-site contact person after hours for emergency purposes
- Facility & system management - Alarm system maintenance & contact
