Accounts Payable Systems & Automation Manager

The Accounts Payable Systems & Automation Manager will lead the transformation of the AP function by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation tools. The ideal candidate will manage the AP team, own the Medius platform, and drive continuous improvement in AP operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of AP experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with AP automation tools (Medius strongly preferred)
• Strong ERP knowledge (JDE, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
