Job Description
Bonduelle is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to build and lead our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capability, ensuring sustainable and profitable volume growth across our branded and private label portfolio.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales Strategy within leading CPG companies; food industry experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of PPA, trade spend ROI, promotional strategy, and customer profitability models
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes
