Job Description
BayMark Health Services is seeking a Counselor Supervisor to lead and support a team of Counselors and Interns in Kansas. This role combines clinical leadership, professional development, and meaningful impact, focused on quality care for opioid use disorder patients. The position offers a supportive and patient-focused environment with opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Kansas issued LPC working willing to obtain a LCAC or LCAC.
- Experience supervising associate-level counselors, including support with ASI, PCPs, and crisis plans.
- Familiarity with MCO credentialing and authorizations (Alliance, Cardinal preferred).
- Knowledge of CARF compliance, quality assurance, and documentation standards.
- Strong skills in tracking metrics and managing workflow using Excel
- Patient-centered approach with empathy, patience, and clear communication.
