Job Description
BAART Programs is seeking a respectful and vigilant Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to maintain safety and order in their clinic facility. The role involves ensuring patient and employee safety, managing patient flow, reporting incidents, and maintaining a secure environment. This position may also include assisting with receptionist duties.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year’s prior experience in an office/clinic setting
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to establish a positive rapport with patients
- Substantial drug screen and background check
- 1+ years’ experience in an office/clinic setting
