Job Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is expected to provide training and support to people with lifelong disabilities in a residential home by performing supported routines and repetitive duties. The DSP will assist individuals to the extent needed to promote greater independence and focus on supporting and training each person to become more independent or to slow down the rate of regression.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age
- 3 years driving experience
- Good driving record
- Maintain approved driving status with the Babcock Center
- Clean law enforcement record
