Job Description
The Residential Coordinator supervises and coordinates all residential facility and programming needs of the persons they support to ensure that they are assisted in gaining their maximum individual potential and independence while participating in community life.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field from an accredited college or university
- 1 year of experience in the field of developmental or intellectual disabilities
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
