We are looking for a Director Naval Training to lead the future of Naval training and shape national capability at Babcock, a global FTSE 100 organisation. As a high-impact leadership opportunity, you will guide the delivery of essential training programmes that help protect national security and support the Royal Navy's operational excellence.

Requirements

• Established leadership background with proven P&L accountability
• Experience engaging with a broad and diverse customer base
• Sector experience across Marine, Mission Systems and/or Nuclear environments
• Strong track record in developing and executing business strategy
