Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll support complex and meaningful engineering and defence programmes, working closely with operational and project teams to influence decision-making through high-quality financial insight.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, performance management, or financial modelling.
• Experience supporting process improvement and strengthening financial controls.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Experience working with large data sets and advanced Excel functionality.
• Background in infrastructure, engineering, defence, or complex project environments (beneficial).
