Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Mission Systems team, providing insight and driving efficiency across high-profile contracts. The role involves working hand-in-hand with operational leaders to improve processes, strengthen controls, and deliver robust reporting.

Requirements

• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with high volumes of data.
• Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modelling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across finance, project management, and commercial functions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
• Ideally a qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA preferred) or actively working towards qualification.
