Head of Business Development - Collective Training

Lead the development and management of the business pipeline for collective training solutions, shape and deliver integrated customer-tailored propositions, and bring together capabilities from across Babcock to create cohesive solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in land-component live and synthetic collective training design and delivery.
• Experience of integrating simulation systems for synthetic collective training.
• Leadership experience in large, complex organisations, ideally operating within a matrix structure.
• Experience creating relationships and influencing senior UK and international defence and government stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving high-value business development and growth.
