The Assistant Director, Regional Programs is responsible for working closely with various constituencies to enhance Babson's relationship with its alumni through an integrated strategy. This includes leading the growth and development of global alumni clubs, serving as the primary liaison between the clubs and on-campus resources, and fostering meaningful relationships between the College and alumni volunteers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in volunteer management, event coordination, and/or alumni relations
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple constituencies
- Strong cultural competence and computer skills
- Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks
