Associate Director, Undergraduate Admission

The Associate Director, Undergraduate Admission is a member of the Undergraduate Senior Management team, advising and implementing the strategic institutional and admission goals set by the Vice President, Enrollment Management. This role manages a robust portfolio, recruits and advises prospective students, and serves as an integral member of a 13-person admission committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 6-8 years of previous experience in college admission/college counseling
• Minimum 2-3 years of managing staff
• Embracing the philosophy of Entrepreneurial Thought and Action
• Commitment to a diverse working environment and cultivating a diverse community
• Excellent public speaking, collaborative, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Demonstrated interest in enrolling and retaining a diverse student body
• Willingness to serve as a liaison to other offices on campus
