Requirements

• Enrollment as a Babson College student
• Ability to add employment hours as-needed
• Enthusiasm and willingness to engage with peers, faculty, and staff
• Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and maintain confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to assume new tasks and special projects
• Fluency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
