The Cutler Center Assistant provides critical support to students and faculty utilizing the finance lab, receives fundamental hands-on learning experiences and teaching opportunities, and is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering tutorials, as well as day-to-day support of other students using the Cutler Center finance lab.
Requirements
- High degree of proficiency using Cutler Center data analytical tools like Bloomberg, FactSet, and other finance-related databases
- Completed several finance courses and developed a sound understanding of the financial markets
- Degree in Finance, Corporate Finance and Accounting, Economics-Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other students, faculty, and staff
- Strong technology skills with hands-on experience using financial technologies, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, and others
- Ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendar)
