The Program Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership for the Blank School's pre-collegiate summer programs. This position is responsible for end-to-end program execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across residential and commuter offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in program management, youth programming, student affairs, or higher education environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced settings.
- Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and risk management practices for programs serving minors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms, such as CVENT, Workday and JIRA.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and lead with professionalism and authority.
- Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results.
- Ability to anticipate and embrace change; demonstrate willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions.
- Must have strong technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/calendar) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work with ethnically, culturally, and socially diverse students, staff, faculty, and other constituencies.
