Babylist is hiring a Director of Experiential Marketing & Showroom Expansion to lead the launch of their new NYC showroom and develop key IRL brand moments. The role requires 10-12 years of experience in experiential marketing, with a proven track record of running physical, open experiential spaces and collaborating with diverse groups of creative thinkers.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in experiential marketing for consumer brands
- Proven experience running a physical, open experiential space, ideally a retail store, showroom, or brand environment with ongoing day-to-day operations
- Collaborative skills and ability to distill a range of perspectives into clear strategic direction
- Experience working across a variety of budgets and scale (both intimate experiences with 10-15 influencers and much larger brand activations with 250+ guests)
- Deep understanding of the Babylist brand and how to elevate and evolve its IRL expression
- Passion for measuring the impact of brand experiences and how they contribute to a brand's overall goals
- Experience collaborating with sales or partnerships teams that have revenue-generating goals
