Babylonstoren is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to build teams, shape culture, and hire at scale. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and proactively sourcing candidates.

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in in-house recruitment or agency recruitment
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A structured, organised approach — you're calm under pressure
• Passion for people, culture, and building great teams
• Experience using ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
