Quality Control Lab Manager

Dymax is seeking a Quality Control Lab Manager to lead the Formulations QC Laboratory in delivering customer-focused analytical testing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemistry or chemical engineering and experience in managing laboratory operations.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field – or equivalency
• Experience with analytical instrumentation and calibration
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Minitab for SPC, DOE, and statistical analysis of test data and validation studies
• 5+ years in QC or analytical lab roles, 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including audit participation, nonconformance investigation, and CAPA implementation
