We're looking for a Senior HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to own the full HR operations function in Poland. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the heart of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding, payroll accuracy to compliance, and everything in between.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll, ideally within an international environment.
- Solid understanding of Polish labor law regulations, payroll, compensation and benefits.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong google sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Proactive approach with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and data.
- Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and driving the necessary improvements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality and compliance with payroll and labor law requirements.
- Experience with BambooHR, Jira, Google Suite, Slack, and Confluence is a plus
