HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and operations, with experience working in an international environment. The role will involve responsibilities such as managing employee records, preparing employment contracts, and handling administrative aspects of contract changes. The candidate will also serve as a point of contact for new hires and prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Polish minimum level B2
• Proven experience in HR administration or operations for the Polish market, preferably in an international environment
• Experience with HRIS systems, Bamboo HR will be a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Proficient in Google suite, Slack
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
