Job Description
The Avionics Electric Maintenance Supervisor works in a highly challenging environment, playing a key role in generating aircraft for the RSAF customer. Responsibilities include managing the maintenance system testing programme, supervising a team, and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with approved data and standards.
Requirements
- A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, or a technical apprenticeship, or suitable equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA
- At least 7 years post qualification practical maintenance experience within operational flying aircraft environment
- Leadership skills and proven ability to supervise all levels of engineering personnel
- A sound understanding of the RSAF 4-1-7166 series and supporting technical publications applicable to his work area
- An understanding of the RSAF Operation and working practices
- Working knowledge of Q-pulse, IMS and an understanding of M&CA processes
