The Avionics Electric Maintenance Supervisor works in a highly challenging environment, playing a key role in generating aircraft for the RSAF customer. The role involves leading the resolution of complex Engineering issues, team management, and oversight of applicable rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Qualifications: A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, or a technical apprenticeship, or suitable equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA.
- Have at least 7 years post qualification practical maintenance experience within operational flying aircraft environment supported by formal recorded workplace applied related training or 3 years on Tornado Avionics/Electrical system testing.
- Relevant type training ('Q' Course) and equipment specific training if required.
- Leadership skills and proven ability to supervise all levels of engineering personnel.
- The successful candidate, Saudi or Expatriate must obtain Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership at the appropriate level, prior to starting the new role or commencing employment in KSA, SCE membership must be maintained throughout their employment in this role.
