Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join BAE Systems as an IP (Advanced) based in Tabuk. The role requires qualified flying instruction experience and good people development competencies.
Requirements
- Qualified as a Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI), Qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI), Fighter Combat Instructor (FCI) or equivalent on Fast Jet aircraft.
- Must have completed one Instructional tour.
- Currency and Instructional experience commensurate with similar RAF
- Good people development competencies, high levels of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, influence and direct Saudi cadets both in the air and on the ground
